1. The Order
   You can submit an order to the Connection Channel by completing the details required on the payment page and clicking the Send Order button. All prices are displayed and appropriate tax and shipping and handling are displayed. We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is available. The order reflects current pricing and your credit card card payment is approved by your credit card card company. Your order represents an offer of contract from you only and is not binding until we have sent you an e-mail confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. We are entitled to withdraw from any order in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the products or the order appearing on our web site.
   We are not liable to you if we cannot supply a particular item. If you would like us to deliver substitute items, should selected products be unavailable, then you can request this when placing your order.
   We request information from you on our order form. You need to provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you.
   Order form validation - Validation messages occur if you do not complete a required field or if you hit "ENTER" during the order. After reading the message, you will be returned to the last page. Fill in the missing information and try again.
   
   
2. Acceptance of Order
   Placing an order is notification of your acceptance of these terms and conditions. In the rare circumstance that a product price has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it or if a delivery charge needs to be amended, or in the rare instance that the item you ordered can not be fulfilled, we will email you to advise you of this situation or change. We will advise you when these items are available and if you still wish to purchase them, you can then place a new order. We will not charge your card with an amount additional to your original order without your prior written consent. You will, of course, have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
   Upon placing your online order, a confirmation e-mail message will be sent to you showing the particulars of your order. It will include an order number which you may print for your records.
   
   
3. Delivery
   Please see our delivery guidelines in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for the products once they have been delivered. You will be the owner of the products once we have received payment in full for the products. If an attempted delivery fails (such as the wrong address was specified on the order form) then we will notify you and offer to re-deliver the products subject to a shipping charge. If you then wish to cancel the order, we will refund the full amount minus the delivery charge (charged at cost). If we do not hear from you within 30 working days we will cancel the order and refund your payment by way of a credit to your credit/debit card, minus the shipping charge. All delivery dates specified on our web site are estimates. Our liability for non-delivery of the products shall be limited to replacing the product within a reasonable time.
   
   
4. Payment
   If you choose to pay by credit, it will be be authorized at the time you place the order. This allows you to instantly know whether your order has been successful and removes the need for us (or anyone) to see your card details, thereby reducing potential fraud even further. By selecting the "Confirm Order" button you accept that you are instructing us to charge to your credit card the amount due to us as shown in your electronic order form in the "TOTAL". You are asserting that all details you provide to us for the purposes of purchasing products are correct, that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the products. Our SSL server provides a secure link for your transaction details. As we are not responsible for the operation of this secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any information you provide via this link. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know and will refund any amounts already paid by way of a credit to your credit card account. To assist us with keeping your personal information secure, you should:
   
   • If your browser supports secure socket layer (SSL) technology then please select the Secure Mode option when confirming your order. Your credit card and other personal details will be protected by this technology. If you are restricted by the capabilities of your browser, then you can use the non-secure mode but we recommend that you upgrade to the latest version to give you peace of mind during further transactions.
     
   • You acknowledge that it is not usually possible to detect from inspection of an Internet transmission whether the original of it had been forged, wrongfully altered or otherwise misused, or where the transmission details such as name of sender, sender's e-mail address, or date and time of transmission imprinted on it automatically are genuine. You therefore agree to indemnify us against any actions, proceedings, damages, costs, claims, demands or losses whatsoever arising from your so acting, obeying or otherwise dealing in accordance with any such Internet transmission appearing to have been so furnished by you or on your behalf in the event that the said Internet transmission has been produced by forgery, wrongful alteration or other misuse of the original transmission or that said transmission details appear on it are not genuine.
     
     
5. Order Cancellation/Returns

   Any products that have been shipped prior to your notification of cancellation will need to be returned to us for an exchange or refund. Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and, to the extent possible, in the same packaging as when we delivered them to you, within 30 days of delivery.
   
   
6. Guarantee/Warranty
   The Voicekins™. that are sold via this web site have been designed and manufactured by Idotnet™. All Voicekins™ have a lifetime guarantee for any defects in materials or workmanship. If you have any complaints, please follow the instruction in Item 8 below.
   
   
7. E-mails
   All e-mails will be forwarded to the address you specify to us. You must also ensure that if this address and/or delivery address changes between submitting your order and delivery of the products, you advise us of the new address. We will not be responsible for failure to perform under this agreement where such failure is attributable to a change of address.

9. Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss (whether for loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise) or damage of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of the web site or use of the products or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation. We reserve the right to defer the delivery date or cancel the order or reduce the volume of the ordered products without liability to you if we are prevented from or delayed in the carrying out of our business due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
   From time to time certain products may vary in style and material to that shown on the web site. We would do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them. We do not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any liability to access our web site or any failure to complete a transaction.

    If for any reason any part of these terms is unenforceable, then the validity of the remaining terms shall not be affected. If we choose not to enforce a right under our agreement, that decision will not prevent us from enforcing other rights, or the same right on a later occasion.
