growing Connection Channel community.
It is our mission to provide our customers with
a helpful, fun and informative place to purchase
and personalize unique gifts. And, to enable our
customers and visitors to connect with a community
of people who really care.

To log in to your account, click on MyAccount
in the Upper Left Hand corner of our home
page (www.connectionchannel.com).
Enter your User Name
and Password.
Once you are in Your Account,
you can:

Benefits
As a member of our Connection Channel Community,
you can participate in the following benefits:
- Connection Calendar
A great reminder service so you will never forget
that special occasion again. Just Log In to
My Account and go to the Connection Calendar.
You then go to a day of the month on the calendar,
click on that date and add the specifics about
an occasion which is special to you, such as
a birthday or anniversary. You can then select
how far in advance you would like to receive
a reminder. Won't it be great to not have to
send a Sorry I Missed card or gift.
- Connection
Points
Connection Points are our way to say thank you
for purchasing from our Connection Channel store
and being a member of our community. Just by
registering, you have already been credited
with 20 Connection Points. These Connection
Points can be applied against future purchases.
You will receive one point for every dollar
you spend on gifts from our Store. And, there
will be other ways to earn Connection Points,
which we will keep you posted on.

- Promotions
As a registered member, you will receive e-mail
notification of special promotions and opportunities.
- Shorten Your Time to Place an Order
Just by logging in to the Connection Channel
web site you will reduce the time it take you
to complete a purchase. Our system will remember
your information and fill in the details on
your order form, rather than you having to reenter
the information.
- Order
History and Order tracking
When you Log In to your account, under My Administration,
you can select Order History. You will see a
list of all your orders with the Connection
Channel. If you select a specific order number,
you will see all the details about the order,
including your Gift ID Number needed to make
your personal recording, either online or by
calling our 800 Number, and the Tracking Number
if you sent your gift by UPS. If you click on
the Tracking Number, it will take you directly
to the UPS web site where you can check on the
status of the shipment.
